Consulting & Advisory
It takes courage to seek advice—and even more to implement it.
That’s why our primary goal is to earn your trust.
SC&E brings together expertise from various industries and continuously evolves to ensure ongoing improvement—through training, professional development, and the documentation of real-world use cases.
You focus on your business, while we make your decisions more secure on multiple levels—if you allow us to. You decide how much we do and how closely we guide you along the way.
1
Kickoff-Briefing
Every project begins with building trust and understanding. Who are you, and who are we? How do you work? What are your concerns and motivations? What is your current level of knowledge?
It is absolutely fine if you are new to the topic. Many experts speak about security mechanisms as if they were second nature. While that may be true for specialists, we believe in an inclusive approach. We will meet you at any level of understanding and guide you every step of the way—without arrogance, but with clarity and partnership.
2
Schedule Structure
The foundation of the timeline: Based on your objectives and project scope, we collaboratively develop schedules and milestones that integrate seamlessly into your workflow while aligning with your expectations. There will be necessities and constraints—we will discuss them together, and you will decide how best to navigate them.
3
Executive Report
Security as a Profit Center: Taking the implementation of an ISMS—typically a 1.5-year process—as an example, the importance of measuring progress becomes clear. A well-structured KPI framework provides a quick and transparent overview of the current status, progress, and outstanding tasks.
4
Project Completion
At the end of a project, SC&E follows a structured handover process. All deliverables are transferred, finalized, and documented together. Compliance and certifications remain top of mind. Our goal is that, upon project completion, your organization is more secure and better positioned than when we started.
Since security is an ongoing process, the project conclusion also includes guidance on key areas for continued attention, ensuring that momentum is maintained where it matters most.
